Return & Refund Policy – XuraGifts

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from XuraGifts. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item may have slight variations and potential flaws. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received (unused, unworn, with tags).

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at support@xuragift.com for approval.

We will provide a return address and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Damages and Issues

To protect your purchase, we offer the following guarantees:  

1. Damaged Items:  
   - If any items arrive damaged, simply notify us within 4 days with photos, and we’ll issue a full refund or replacement. 

2. Lost in Transit:  
   - If tracking shows your package as “lost in transit, you’re eligible for a full refund. If it arrives later, keep it free of charge!  

3. Delivery Delays:  
   - If your package hasn’t arrived within 35 days of shipment, we’ll refund you in full—no return needed even if it shows up later.  

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@xuragift.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or Personalized Products: Made specifically for you.

Sale Items: Discounted products are final sale.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
