Most orders arrive within **7-14 business days** internationally. For personalized items (e.g., engraved music boxes), please allow an additional **3-5 business days** — this extra time ensures your custom design is crafted to perfection.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a **30-day satisfaction guarantee**. If you’re unsatisfied, contact our support team at support@xuragift.com to initiate a return. *Note: Personalized items are final sale unless damaged or defective.
4. Do you allow payment upon delivery?
We currently accept secure online payments via Credit Cards, PayPal, etc.to ensure a smooth checkout experience. For security reasons, we do not offer payment upon delivery at this time.
